Townhouses for rent in Dubai
For most families arriving in Dubai the townhouse is the sensible first move: three bedrooms, stairs, somewhere for children to be outside, and the same parks, pools and schools the villa tenants two streets away are paying considerably more for. The trade is the plot. You get a small garden rather than grounds, and you will hear your neighbours through at least one wall.
Because these communities were built in rows, the stock is genuinely comparable, and that helps a tenant more than it helps a landlord. If four identical houses in the same cluster are available, the asking rents will not stay different for long — and knowing what the others are asking is the whole of the negotiation.

Is a townhouse cheaper to rent than a villa in Dubai?
Yes, and usually by a wide margin for a similar number of bedrooms, because you are not renting the land. The tables on this page and the villa page show what each is currently asking, so the gap is visible rather than assumed.
Do townhouse tenants get access to the community facilities?
Almost always — the pools, parks, gyms and sports courts in these schemes are shared across the whole community, and the community fee that funds them is the landlord’s to pay, not yours.
How many bedrooms do Dubai townhouses usually have?
