The station

World Trade Centre, as the register files it

The Dubai Land Department files a nearest metro station against every sale it registers, and 4,309 of them name this one: 873 resales of finished homes and 3,436 bought off-plan from a developer, in 46 buildings. That is the department’s tag, not a radius drawn here, so the list below is the register’s and nobody’s opinion of how far the station reaches.

Nearest is its measure, not a walk: Al Satwa holds 84% of the sales filed here in the last two years, and for a tower set back from the line the nearest station can still be a drive.

Completed homes resold and registered at the Dubai Land Department in the twenty-four months to 17 Sept 2026, five or more to a building; off-plan sales are left out, since a launch price measures a developer’s schedule. The median price is of the same sales. A building under the floor is priced over a longer window on its own page.

Questions people ask

World Trade Centre Metro Station, answered

Which buildings are nearest World Trade Centre Metro Station?

By the Dubai Land Department's own reading, 46 of them: its register files World Trade Centre as the nearest station on every sale in those buildings, 4,309 since 2017. Ranked by what completed homes resold for a square foot over the two years to 17 Sept 2026, the dearest are NB Residences 2 (AED 3,961), Sur La Mer (AED 3,608) and Sur La Mer 2 (AED 3,441). Most of the buying is in Al Satwa, with 84% of the sales filed here in the last two years.

How much does an apartment near World Trade Centre Metro Station cost?

A completed home filed at World Trade Centre resold for a median AED 2,500,000 over the last 12 months, AED 2,795 a square foot, across 139 sales; over three years a one-bedroom AED 2,222,500 and a two-bedroom AED 3,500,000 at the median. Which areas does World Trade Centre Metro Station serve?

On the register, Al Satwa, Jumeirah and Pearl Jumeirah — the communities of the buildings filed at this station, busiest over the last two years first. Nearest is the department's measure, not a walk: for a community set back from the line, the station can still be a drive away.

Which metro line is World Trade Centre station on?

The Red Line. The stops either side are Emirates Towers, towards Life Pharmacy, and Max, towards Centrepoint.

Every station, with the communities each one serves, is on the Dubai metro map, with the stations ranked by what sells around them. Along the Red Line: Emirates Towers and Max. The area guides take each community in turn, with its rents, and the Dubai property prices report reads the whole city’s register.

Where these numbers come from. Every figure on this page is drawn from the Dubai Land Department’s transaction register, read directly from the Dubai Data Exchange. It is what buyers actually paid, recorded at transfer — not asking prices, not valuations, not our own estimates. Mortgage registrations, gift transfers, rent-to-own contracts and developers’ own filings are all excluded; none of them is a price a buyer paid. Medians are used rather than averages so one unusual sale cannot move the number. Data through 17 Sept 2026.
