The guide

Living in Living Legends

Living Legends is a golf community on the inland side of the city near Al Barari and the winter fair, built by a private developer around its own course with villas on the fairways and apartment buildings at the edge. It is quieter and less known than the golf communities nearer the coast, and its prices reflect that.

The place

The community lies off Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road with Al Barari's green edge on one side, the winter fair and the theme park nearby and Nad Al Sheba and Meydan a short drive. Its villa neighbourhoods sit on the course's fairways on quiet loops, with the clubhouse at the centre; its apartment buildings, mid-rise, sit at the community's edge with pools and gyms.

What you get

Villas on the course, from family houses to large golf-front homes, in the developer's layouts; townhouses in a few neighbourhoods; and apartments from studios to family layouts in the edge buildings. Finish is the developer's own and consistent.

Who it suits

Families who want a villa on a golf course with a short run to Downtown at prices below the coast's golf communities. Golfers. Tenants and buyers of the apartments who want green and quiet at a modest price.

It suits people less well who want a walkable high street, public transport, or an established neighbourhood with a school inside the gate.

Buying and renting here

The register separates the villa neighbourhoods from the apartment buildings and this page shows both; each project's and building's own page carries its own record. The register files a villa sold with its plot against the plot, and this page reads those sales correctly. Off-plan is small and is kept apart from resales. For tenants, the official index caps a renewal while a new lease follows the market.

Where these numbers come from. Sale prices are the Dubai Land Department’s transaction register, read from the Dubai Data Exchange — what buyers actually paid, recorded at transfer. Mortgage registrations, gifts and developers’ own filings are excluded, and medians are used so one unusual sale cannot move the number. Sales through 3 Sept 2026.
