At a glance
The guide
Dubai Internet City is the free zone where the technology companies keep their offices, beside Media City on the inland side of the Marina, and nearly all of it is offices. A few residential buildings sit at its edges, and they trade as well-placed flats for anyone who works in the district or the free zones around it.
The district lies between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Sufouh Road, with Media City and Knowledge Park beside it, Barsha Heights across the highway and the Marina a short walk or tram ride. Its office buildings stand around lakes and lawns with cafes at their feet; the residential buildings sit near the Marina and the highway, with the Metro's station on the highway edge.
Apartments from studios to large layouts in a small number of buildings, several of them serviced, with the Marina's skyline in the windows of the better ones.
People who work in the free zones and want to walk to the desk and the train. Tenants who want the Marina at the district's rents. Owners who intend to let to the same people.
It suits people less well who want a neighbourhood, green, or a school in reach.
The residential buildings are few enough that each trades on its own record, and the tables on this page should be read building by building; every building has its own page with what its layouts actually fetched. There is little off-plan here. For tenants, the official index caps a renewal while a new lease follows the market.
