The community lies on the desert side of the city near the developer's other lagoon and golf communities, reached from the main roads that serve them, with the city a long drive. The plan is the first phase's: villages of townhouses and villas named for islands, around lagoons with beaches and a central district of leisure and shops. The first phase has its own guide.
