Quiet living by the shore
Villa del GAVI sits on the first line of the Dubai Islands coast, with the beach just beyond the garden. It is a small building by design: 87 homes over twelve residential floors, so neighbours stay few and the lifts stay quiet.
Inside, the floors are Italian silver travertine, the bedrooms are carpeted, and the bathrooms are wrapped in natural stone. Kitchens and wardrobes come from Fabel Casa in Italy, with SMEG appliances, Tom Dixon taps and Antonio Lupi baths.
Floor-to-ceiling glass faces the Arabian Gulf. Downstairs there is a marble lobby with fireplaces and a tea lounge, two infinity pools and a Technogym fitness floor, all run by the developer's own management team.
