Zabeel 2

Zabeel 2 is the register's name for the Downtown end of the Zabeel district, the ground between the park, the World Trade Centre and DIFC, and the homes it holds are a small number of towers among the district's offices and hotels, one of them among the city's newest landmarks. The place

The district lies along Sheikh Zayed Road between the park and DIFC, with the trade centre and its exhibition halls at its centre, the Metro on the highway edge and Downtown a short walk. Its residential towers stand among the offices and hotels with the park and the skyline in their windows.

What you get

Apartments in a small number of towers, from one-bedroom flats to large layouts, including the landmark development's residences at the top of the city's market. There are no villas for sale.

Who it suits

People who want to live between DIFC and the old city with the park at the door, and who value that position over space. Buyers of the landmark development for whom the address is the point.

It suits people less well who want a neighbourhood, a school in reach, or the most space for the money.
