The building
Island calm, close to town
The Beach House Fahid is a neighbourhood of 11 residential towers in the middle of Fahid Island, off the Abu Dhabi coast. The island is planned around well-being, and gardens, a private podium garden and the shoreline sit between the buildings.
Inside, the palette is soft and coastal: pale stone, warm wood and wide glass. Homes run from studios to three bedrooms with a maid's room. Some podium-level homes open onto a private garden.
Step outside and you are on Coral Drive, the island's boutique shopping street. The 930m natural beach and a 2km boardwalk with cafés, dining and watersports are a short walk away.
