The building

Your own plot by the sea

Bay Estate is a private island neighbourhood on Dubai Islands, by Nakheel. Here you buy the land itself, a beach plot or a waterfront plot, and build the villa you have in mind within the estate's design guidelines.

Around the plots, the streets are shaded and easy to walk. Two swimmable lagoons, a beach club, pool clubhouses and parks sit between the homes. A promenade runs down to the marina.

Each plot allows a basement, a ground floor and two upper floors, up to 12.5 metres high, with parking for three cars. The villas shown in the brochure are reference designs.
