Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, an eye for detail, and the ability to transform ideas into visually striking designs that align with our brand identity. You will work across digital and print media, supporting marketing, branding and content creation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns and online ads
• Design brochures, flyers, presentations, signage and other print materials
• Develop visual concepts that communicate marketing messages effectively
• Collaborate closely with marketing team, admin team, agents and others  to execute creative strategies
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Stay up to date with design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team
• Edit raw photos and videos for listings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field
• 1+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (in-house or agency)
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Canva
• Knowledge of layout, color theory, typography and branding principles
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to take feedback and turn it into actionable improvements
• Knowledge in Lightroom, Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus
• Familiarity in UI/UX design, Mailchimp and website is a bonus
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and content creation best practices
