You will find 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses in The Springs, 3-7 bedroom villas and townhouses in The Meadows and The Lakes, up to the grand palaces that line the lakefront and boulevards of Emirates Hills.
There are various options in restaurants and food venues in Emirates Living. There are various fitness centres across the community but Fitness first is one of the most popular gyms in this area and has its branches in The Lake, The Meadows and The Springs offering gym facilities, exercise classes and swimming classes.
There is a wide range of different property types such as villas and apartments. These residences are spread out across the different sub-communities. Jumeirah 1 has a combination of villas and studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments for both tenants and investors.
The golf players can embrace their golf skills at the Montgomerie golf club, Emirates Hills. Emirates Living provides communal swimming pools for residents, with the exception of Emirates Hills where most houses have at least one pool in the grounds. Other facilities include tennis courts, basketball courts and BBQ pits, set in mature parkland that’s ideal for picnics. Without a car, Emirates Living transport can be an issue. The nearest Metro station is at Nakheel and the F31 bus runs regularly to and from Dubai Internet City Metro station (via The Greens) with a vast number of stops along the way, including Springs Town Centre.
Prime locations like Dubai Marina (13 minutes), Downtown Dubai (22 minutes), Mall of the Emirates (16 minutes), Jumeirah Beach Residence (16 minutes) and Dubai International Airport (27 minutes) are just a short drive away
