They can also visit The Marina Yacht Club for a day’s boating, a sundowner and a splendid view. Dubai Mall is a short ride away, for cinemas, ice-skating, fountain shows, restaurants, cafes and numerous other attractions.
There is a wide range of different property types such as villas and apartments. These residences are spread out across the different sub-communities. Jumeirah 1 has a combination of villas and studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments for both tenants and investors.
Even though there are no schools in Dubai Creek Harbor, the surrounding areas have plenty of choices. Local nurseries such as Super Kids, Small Steps, Blue Bird and Baby First Nursery, are mostly situated close to Dubai Festival City. Also, schools such as Heartland School offer the British Curriculum at the foundation, primary and secondary levels are nearby. Kings School in Nad Al Sheba follows the British Curriculum for foundation and primary students. Repton School, also in Nad Al Sheba, accepts applicants from 3 to 18 years old as day students or boarders (from 11 years old); it teaches a British independent school curriculum.
