Damac Hills is a gated community made up of three main sections: Akoya Drive, Akoya Park and the Trump International Golf Course. The project is further divided into many sub communities which are either completed, ongoing or soon to be initiated. 

Completed developments include The Park Villas, Calero, Golf Town, Artesia, Queens Meadow, Richmond and Rochester to name a few. Some of the new developments currently under construction are collaborations between Damac and brands such as Cavalli, that will offer a unique spin to the style and luxury available here. 

Where is Damac Hills located? 

Damac Hills is situated off Al Qudra Road (D63) in Dubailand close to Emirates Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Dubai International Airport is around half an hour away under normal traffic conditions. 

Things to do in Damac Hills 

Damac Hills is a self contained community with every amenity nearly at your doorstep, or a short walk away. 

If you’re a keen golfer or a beginner looking to learn the difference between an eagle and a birdie, the golf course is a great place to start - and you can socialize at the golf club after. 

If you’d like activities of a different nature, then go for a saunter, a run or a jog across Akoya Park.  Channel your inner Novak Djokovic on one of the four tennis courts or if tennis is not your thing, fear not, Damac Hills also offers floodlit, competition-quality football, basketball and badminton facilities. 

Outside Damac Hills, you’ll find a whole host of attractions, most of which are around 15 minutes or so away by car.

Amenities in and near Damac Hills

• Schools: Jebel Ali School is right within Damac Hills, as is the CreaKids Nursery School. GEMS Metropole School in Motor City is a short drive away while Dubai Schools Al Barsha and Nibras International School are in Barsha and DIP respectively - a little further but still within easy reach from Damac Hills. You’ll find a wide selection of British, American, IB and Indian schools to choose from in the vicinity. 
• Supermarkets and stores: The Damac Hills Mall has a Carrefour where you can get all your products and deals from. In addition, the community has a VIVA and a Spinneys. 
• Fitness & beauty: Damac Hills has a wellness center and spa on the premises, and a few salons such as Her Ladies, Maison De Coiffure, Belle Femme and Hair Touch Salon. 
• Malls: Not only does the community have its own mall, the aptly named Damac Hills Mall, residents of Damac Hills will be under 15 minutes away from First Avenue Mall and City Centre Me’aisem. Mall of the Emirates is around 25 minutes away by car. 
• Hospitals: The nearest options are Aster Medical Centre and Mediclinic Parkview Hospital, both 10-15 minutes away.  

Is Damac Hills completed? 

A significant part of DAMAC Hills is completed in terms of homes and amenities. Only a few projects are still under construction or in the planning phase. Residents will find plenty of available properties in the community.
