Background and Experience

Ray is English with a multicultural background. She has a long career in consultancy and business start-ups. She gained a PhD in Government Policy in Oxford and has extensive experience teaching and researching in international corporations and government institutions. Ray believes that her life experience and understanding of individual needs will enable her to find the perfect solution for her clients. She is very determined, incredibly resilient and adaptable. Being industrious and persevering has resulted in her not resting until tasks are completed. More importantly, she considers commitment, loyalty, integrity and trustworthiness, to those she helps serve and support, to be of paramount importance.

Away from the office, Ray is an action woman. She follows a demanding exercise routine in order to stay fit. Ray loves running, horse riding , shooting, playing squash and hiking amongst other things like visiting galleries, museums and travelling.
