Raise a dispute or a complaint

In the first step, get in touch with the representative you interacted with. You can reach out to us if your complaint is not resolved.

To help us resolve your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible, we will need the following information:

• Your name and address
• The name and branch address of the representative that you have dealt with
• The property address that it may concern
• Your contact number
• A clear description of your complaint.

In the next step, we will contact you to try and resolve your complaint on the day we receive it.
