About the Role
McCone Properties, one of Dubai’s most established real estate brokerages with over 12 years of success, is looking for an experienced Secondary Property Consultant to join our dynamic sales team.
We’re seeking a dedicated area specialist with at least 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market, who is passionate about delivering exceptional results for buyers and sellers. This is an opportunity to thrive in a professional, growth-focused environment with full support from our marketing, admin, and management teams.
To achieve outstanding results, our Consultants provide the highest level of service to our Sellers and Buyers, supported by industry-leading technology and wide-reaching marketing strategies. As a seasoned Consultant, you will be working alongside fellow experts who are passionate about their areas, inspire success, and drive innovation across our company.
Key Rosponsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from client engagement to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close sales.
- Stay updated on market trends and area developments to provide expert advice.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market (secondary sales).
- Proven area specialist with strong knowledge of local communities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Energetic, target-driven, and client-focused personality.
- UAE driving license and car required.
