Off-Plan Property Consultant – Abu Dhabi Market

About the Role

McCone Properties is expanding its Abu Dhabi Off-Plan division and is looking for motivated and experienced Property Consultants to join our growing team.

The Abu Dhabi market has shown strong performance over the years, with increasing investor demand, higher ticket sizes compared to Dubai. As part of this expansion, we have marketing campaigns specifically for Abu Dhabi, with a dedicated team focused on Abu Dhabi projects. 

This is an excellent opportunity for agents who want to position themselves in a high-potential market with structured support and exclusive focus.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan projects in Abu Dhab
• Manage relationships with investors and end-users
• Generate and follow up on leads from company marketing campaigns
• Conduct project presentations and client meetings (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers

 

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of real estate experience or hight ticket sales
• Valid driving license and car
• Experience in Abu Dhabi market is a strong advantage
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Fluent English (C1–C2 level); additional languages are an advantage
• Professional, target-driven, and self-motivated mindset
• Ability to work from both Abu Dhabi (developers’ offices) and Dubai (McCone office)
