About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Listing Administrator to join our dynamic real estate team. This role is essential in supporting the listing process from start to finish, ensuring every property is accurately entered, marketed, and managed.
Key Rosponsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain property listings on the CRM system and online portals
- Edit, enhance and upload the property photos in line with the company and portal guidelines.
- Ensure that all property details, prices and availability are accurate and regularly updated
- Monitor listing performances and suggest improvements to increase visibility.
- Maintain compliance with the trakheesi permit requirements and ensure valid documentation for all listings.
- Utilize CRM to manage client information, track listing progress, and communicate with team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a real estate administrative or listing coordinator role (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge in property listing portals and CRM systems.
- Photo editing skills (experience with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar).
- Familiarity with Dubai Land Department regulations and trakheesi permits
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
