Our team monitors, researches constantly and checks the rental and hotel market on monthly basis, builds the profit algorithm for each unit, taking into consideration the type of an apartment and seasonality.

Monthly basis lease is regulated by Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing of Dubai ( DTCM ) and it does not require Ejari registration and Tenancy Contract.

Property unit owner signs a Co-operation Agreement with our company for a monthly basis. We register this agreement in DTCM and get permission to manage this property unit and act as a property management company.

The owner can stay 30 calendar days in his/her property unit himself/herself or his/her friends provided there are no bookings on the desired dates.

We register each Tenant in DTCM and pay the taxes. Each tenant will provide a refundable deposit at the time of check-in. Our Company fully manages property units and our operation staff checks the condition of the furniture and belongings by check-list upon each check-in and check-out. We return the property unit to the Owner in the same condition as we receive it.
