Gareth Pierce

Background and Experience

Gareth, our Associate Director, has been with McCone Properties since 2017. Originally from the UK, he moved to Dubai in 2011. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2008 following a Master’s Degree in Property from Sheffield University.

Before leaving the UK for Dubai, he worked as a commercial property consultant for CBRE in Manchester for five years, giving him an excellent background in real estate. Working for McCone Properties, Gareth now has over 11 years of experience in Dubai real estate. Gareth’s primary focus is sales, working closely with developers on ready & off-plan projects and advising long-standing clients on purchases and sales within their portfolios.

Apart from real estate, Gareth’s significant passions are family & sports-related. He is a big Liverpool fan and regular football, golf, and tennis player. He is a father of identical twin daughters.
