What You'll Be Doing

As a Residential Sales Property Consultant, you'll guide buyers and sellers through one of life's biggest decisions while building your own personal brand and client network.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting buyers in finding the right property to suit their lifestyle or investment goals.
• Building and maintaining relationships with homeowners, investors and prospective buyers.
• Conducting property viewings and providing expert market advice.
• Generating new business through networking, referrals and prospecting.
• Negotiating offers and managing transactions through to completion.
• Staying up to date with Dubai's property market, pricing and community trends.
• Delivering an exceptional client experience from first enquiry through to handover.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for driven individuals who enjoy building relationships, thrive in a competitive environment and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in real estate sales or a proven background in sales, recruitment, hospitality, automotive or another client facing industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive approach to generating business
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A customer first mindset with the ability to build long term relationships
• Fluency in English
• A professional attitude and strong work ethic

Essential Requirements

• Valid driving licence
• Education certificate
• Financial savings to support yourself during your first 3–6 months while you build your pipeline
• Comfortable working in a commission-only environment

Earnings

Commission Only

Successful consultants can realistically earn AED 250,000–500,000+ per year, with top performers significantly exceeding this.
