What You'll Be Doing

As a Residential Leasing Consultant, you'll help clients find their next home while building your own portfolio and reputation within Dubai's fast moving property market.

Your day to day will include:

  • Managing enquiries from buyers, tenants and landlords.
  • Matching clients with suitable residential properties across Dubai.
  • Conducting property viewings and providing expert market advice.
  • Building long-term relationships with landlords and prospective tenants.
  • Negotiating tenancy agreements and closing deals.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and new developments.
  • Working closely with experienced managers to continually develop your skills.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the leasing journey.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for ambitious people who are motivated by performance and genuinely enjoy working with people.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in sales, recruitment, hospitality, customer service or another client facing role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence negotiating and handling objections
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset
  • Fluency in English
  • A professional approach and positive attitude

Essential Requirements

  • Valid driving licence
  • Education certificate
  • Financial savings to support yourself during your first 3–6 months while you build your pipeline
  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai (if applying internationally)
  • Comfortable working in a commission-only environment

Earnings

Commission Only

Successful consultants can realistically earn AED 250,000–500,000+ per year, with top performers exceeding this.
